As you may be finding in your online searches for truck accessories, many of the brands we have installed historically are now owned by RealTruck. Some of our most popular tonneau covers such as the Extang Trifecta and the Bakflip MX4 have been rebranded as RealTruck products. They are still manufactured in the USA and come with great warranties - we simply want to make our customers aware of this change.
We offer free in-person consultations, and for most truck accessories, especially tonneau covers, we highly recommend stopping by in person so you can see our displays and go over your needs and budget.
CarSmart! wants to caution all customers regarding the purchase and installation of truck accessories that are found online. This is a purely a cautionary advisory based on our 40+ years of professional experience. We do not recommend it for the following reasons:
- If your product arrives damaged, you now have to prove that it was damaged in shipping
- If your product arrives with incorrect parts or missing parts (we see this a lot!), you now have to wait for the company to provide replacements
- Products sold online are intentionally marketed to look easy to install and be a perfect fit. This is both dishonest and unrealistic. Truck beds are not perfect from the factory; many of them have varying curves and warps in the construction that can cause issues installing bed accessories
- If your product installs well but fails later on, you now have to do all of the legwork in filing a warranty claim. If you installed the product yourself, the company can argue that you installed it incorrectly and void your warranty.
For these reasons, CarSmart! does not typically install customer-provided truck accessories, especially if it is a brand we are not familiar with.

All cap inquiries are done through Ranch's website, DriveVenturous – Venturous & Ranch by Venturous - from there you will fill out an application regarding the type of cap that you need, pick out your options, and then Ranch forwards that to CarSmart! and we email or call you to discuss a final quote.

If you are looking for an auxiliary fuel tank for your truck, we work with WeatherGuard, Better Built, UWS, and a handful of others. For our pumps, we use Great Plains Industries.
Keep in mind that at this time we only offer fuel tanks for Diesel applications.
